Now bringing her elite service to Austin, Jaime Carson is a Licensed Esthetician with 15 years of professional experience in New York City.
Jaime began her career in the beauty industry as a Makeup Artist for theatrical productions. She toured with the Broadway musical Rent and designed the makeup for shows produced by the Connecticut Opera and Boston Symphony Orchestra.
Eventually, Jaime changed careers in response to a growing interest in skin care, as well as a commitment to health, well-being, and education. After graduating from New York City’s Atelier Esthetique® in 2007, Jaime trained with Master Esthetician Jillian Wright, formerly of Glow Skin Spa and the creator of Jillian Wright Skincare. At Glow, Jaime spent two years sharpening her expertise in LED, oxygen, and microcurrent facials. With this foundation, she also began developing her unique treatment-layering methods—the secret to a perfect, polished glow!
Jaime’s dedication to the skincare needs of brides and wedding parties began in 2009, when she started working for Loft 26 Salon and Once Upon a Bride owner Stacey Weinstein. Jaime and Stacey developed a working relationship that continues to this day. Jaime also served as a ReVive Skin Care Elite Esthetician, providing skin treatments at luxury facial events throughout the country.
In 2011, Jaime opened Carson Skin Rejuvenation, an NYC boutique salon specializing in custom skin solutions for women, men, and teenagers. Her knowledge of hormones, diet, lifestyle, weather, allergens, and pollution assists her holistic approach to identifying and treating the most stubborn skin problems. Jaime has helped glamorous and fast-paced NYC natives improve the quality of their skin and recover from a wide variety of problems, including sun damage, signs of aging, teen acne, hyperpigmentation, and skin pollution. In addition to helping her clients achieve clear and youthful complexions, she works with them to improve their overall health and peace of mind. In her new Austin location, she is bringing 15 years of skincare expertise as an esthetician and the invigorating energy of New York City to the community of Austin and beyond.
As an esthetician, Jaime loves seeing the results she is able to achieve working on women’s skin. She enjoys bringing out their natural radiance and coaching them on how to care for their skin at home, taking in to consideration their particular lifestyles. She sees facials as an art form and her clients are her muses. Jaime love skin knowledge and excels at thinking outside the box when it comes to achieving results for her clients.
